Missing Parts
Please provide the part number according to the instruction and also the quantity of the missing item(s). If you still have the package box, please provide photos of that as well so that we can determine which batch the product comes from.
How do I contact you in regard to my order?
Whatever happens to your order, you can contact us freely via Emails sent to service@ainfox.com. It will be highly appreciated if you can provide us with any order information for us to check the order details, such as order number, receiver's name and tracking number.
When will my order be shipped out?
Once we receive your order, we will process it in the same day and send out the item in the second day from Monday to Friday. Saturday's orders will be sent out together with Sunday's orders.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We use FEDEX ,UPS, OR truck to ship your order according to the size and quantity of the items that you have ordered.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The transit time depends not only on the distance between your location and our warehouse, but also the efficiency of the carrier. Generally, your order will arrives in 3-5 business days. If you want to know more information, please contact our customer service. We will settle your problem as soon as possible.
How much is shipping?
Free Standard Shipping on all items.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the whole US except Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. We don't ship to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
How long is delivery?
The items will be shipped out within 24 hours during working days after we receive your payment, which means our carrier will pick up the items within 24 hours.
The fulfillment of the delivery will take 3 to 5 days affected by the distance and the carrier's operational efficiency. Your patience will be highly appreciated when expecting the items.
When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us at service@ainfox.com within 3 business days, we will exert great effort to resolve this.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an automatically generated e-mail including the carrier's information and a tracking number as soon as the item has been dispatched. You can track your item on the carrier's official website.
